この利用規約は、本アプリ「モンスターオーブ」および関連するゲーム機能の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. サービス内容
本アプリは、落下合体パズル形式のバトル、モンスター育成、ゲーム内ガチャなどを楽しむゲームアプリです。ゲーム内容、イベント、報酬、バランス、表示内容は、品質改善や運営上の都合により変更される場合があります。
2. 課金・広告について
現時点で、本アプリは有料の課金アイテム、アプリ内課金、広告SDK、および広告視聴報酬を提供していません。ゲーム内通貨であるジェムは、ゲームプレイや無料の配布などで獲得できます。将来的に課金機能や広告機能を追加する場合は、本規約を更新します。
3. ジェムとガチャ
ジェムは本アプリ内でのみ利用できるゲーム内通貨です。現金、電子マネー、その他の財産的価値との交換、払い戻し、譲渡、売買はできません。ジェムは主にゲーム内ガチャやコンティニューなどに使われます。
4. 禁止事項
不正ツールの利用、データ改ざん、リバースエンジニアリング、バグの悪用、第三者になりすます行為、アプリや他の利用者に不利益を与える行為は禁止します。
5. データとバックアップ
プレイデータは端末内に保存される場合があります。端末の故障、アプリの削除、データ破損などによりデータが失われる可能性があります。
6. 免責
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。アプリの中断、不具合、データ消失、ゲームバランス変更などにより利用者に損害が生じた場合でも、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
7. 未成年の利用
未成年の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえで本アプリを利用してください。
8. 規約の変更
本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはストア掲載情報などでお知らせします。
